The Media Psychology Lab at Christ University explores the dynamic intersections of media, technology, and human behavior through research-driven initiatives. Our current projects include innovative approaches to pedagogy, such as Digital Storytelling as a Critical Pedagogy in Media Psychology, led by Dr Rituparna Chakraborty and Dr Sonia David, which examines how digital tools can enhance learning experiences. The lab’s recent publications cover a wide range of contemporary themes, including data privacy, xenophobia on social media during the pandemic, smart learning environments, and the psychological dimensions of gender representation. With a strong emphasis on collaborative inquiry and critical engagement, the lab is committed to producing meaningful scholarship that contributes to both academic discourse and real-world understanding.
