Dr. Rituparna Chakraborty is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology, CHRIST (Deemed to be University). She is a teacher and avid researcher in the fields of Media psychology, Social psychology, and Developmental Psychology. She has multiple publications in recognized journals, encyclopaedia, and books. Her research interests lie in areas of Media influence and discourse, Identity and subjectivity, Gender and body politics, Marginalization and Systemic oppression, etc. She is a long-time member of the National Academy of Psychology (NAOP), the Society for Teaching Psychology (STP), and the American Psychological Association (APA).

Dr. Shaharban N.V. is an assistant professor at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, India, specialising in Applied Psychology. Her major research focus is on cognition, and she has published research articles on language and cognition. She is keen on the biological basis of human behaviour, the mental health implications of gender and reproductive-related issues, etc. She is also part of research studies investigating media workers’ mental health issues. Dr. Shaharban holds a Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from Pondicherry University, India.
